Enrichment Programs
St. Martin's in the Pines' Annual Fund. The Annual Fund is one of the Cornerstones of St. Martin's in the Pines' fundraising efforts and provides an essential portion of the operating budget. Contributions to the Annual Fund support EVERY resident, their families and employees through various programs and services, including:
- Pastoral Care Ministries. Offers opportunities for worship, communion, memorial services, and Bible study daily in all four of our facilities. Pastoral support and counseling is offered to elders, families, and staff.
Wellness Programs. Personalized wellness activities are developed around a elder's talents and passions to help them remain active, healthy and independent. Daily exercise, Music and Art therapy, Bell Choirs, and Sewing Circles are a few examples of these programs.
Staff Scholarships. Available to employees wishing to further their education but who are often unable to do so because of limited resources.
St. Martin's in the Pines Friend Fund. The Friends Fund was established over 50 years ago to give financial aid to residents who no longer have families who care for them and/or have exhausted their own financial resources. Resources are generally used for grants for room and board, special equipment, and also supplies the Pastoral Discretionary Fund.
Employee Benevolence Fund. Provides financial assistance to support employees who are experiencing a catastrophic financial emergency.
